What? Santa Claus, a leader?
Absolutely! Just think about it: Santa has an incredibly complex operation to run, and he wears many hats. He’s in charge of hiring and firing, training, and keeping the little elves motivated. He oversees purchasing, shipping, and receiving. He deals with customer relations and of course, he handles complaints. In addition, there’s new technology and processes to deal with. It’s not easy being Santa Claus!
…and, it’s not easy being a manager on any level. Overseeing a group of radio stations and employees has many challenges.
