The Bob & Tom Show has added Dave Crooks as Affiliate Relations Director, making Crooks the primary liaison between the show and its nationwide network of affiliate stations. He will also work in tandem with Cumulus Media’s Westwood One on affiliate recruitment.
Crooks began his radio career at 16 in 1980 at WNDI in Sullivan, IN. In 1993, Crooks moved into station ownership and eventually built DLC Media Inc. into a six-station group spanning Indiana and Illinois. The portfolio included Lite 103.1 (WAKO), The Legend (WAKO-AM), and Super Hits 104.9 (WAXI). In 2024, he sold his six stations to 3 Towers Broadcasting and JKO Media.
Crooks also served as 2016 President of the Indiana Broadcasters Association’s Board of Directors and represented Indiana’s 63rd District as a state representative from 1996 to 2008.
