Data Breach Does Not Deter Advertisers


If you were hoping advertisers would walk away from Facebook over its recent data breach, think again. According to the latest “State of Media” data from buying platform 4C Facebook’s Q1 ad revenue rose over 60 %. And the report says Facebook yields the most efficient click-through rate — only 48 cents. Facebook has come under fire recently regarding Cambridge Analytica’s breach of personal data of 87 million Facebook users.
