There’s a national campaign to fire iHeartMedia host Bill Handel. The KFI Los Angeles host is being targeted for calling U.S. Rep. Frederica S. Wilson a whore. The group Color of Change is coming after the host. The group has 1.2 million members and has started a petition asking iHeart to fire the host.
According to L.A. Weekly, Handel, who is white, called Wilson a “cheap, sleazy Democrat whore.” They were recorded and distributed by political commentator Jasmyne Cannick, who also posted follow-up on-air remarks in which Handel says he should have used the term “media whore” instead of just “whore.”
KFI, part of the failing iHeart media Ponzi scheme, does this every few years.
John and Ken created a similar cesspool, years back.
It’s how they hang on to their angry, entitled and aggrieved audience.
