SI‘s Richard Deitsch first reported the story that ESPN was considering splitting up the radio morning duo, after 18 years together. Deitsch reported that ESPN was considering giving Greenberg his own TV morning show that would air on ESPN, and pairing Mike Golic with his son, who was recently added to ESPN radio, and also fills in on the morning show. Mike & Mike currently airs on ESPN 2, in addition to radio stations all over the country. We reached out to ESPN about the report and they had no comment.
