Paige To iPower Middays At 92.1/104.1 Richmond

Jackie Paige is the new midday personality for Radio One's Urban Mainstream iPower 92.1/104.1. Paige is moving to the Richmond station from WIKS 101.9 Kiss FM in New Bern, North Carolina, where she also held the midday time slot.

2017 Will Be Dawson’s Final Year In Booth

The NFL's Kansas City Chiefs have announced that this upcoming NFL season will be Len Dawson’s final season in the radio booth for the Chiefs Radio Network. This is Dawson's 33rd season calling Chiefs games. He began broadcasting in 1966, while he was still playing, and joined the Chiefs Radio Network as a commentator in 1984.

San Francisco Bay Area natives Kevin Frandsen and Drew Hoffar will host KNBR 680 AM’s new evening show, KNBR Tonight. The show debuts Monday, August 14, and will air weekdays from 7:00-10:00 p.m. PST and immediately following weekday San Francisco Giants postgame programming.

WNFN-FM/Nashville has recruited Kage Sanderson, former talent at crosstown WRVW-FM/Nashville, to take over middays (9 a.m.-2 p.m.), and JR Ramsey, who will host nights (7-12 p.m.) on WNFN. Both start in their new roles August 21.

On-Air Appointments At WJXA-FM Nashville

The station has named two new members to the Mix Morning Show team.  Brandon O’Brien, former PD/afternoon drive host at WUSH-FM/Norfolk, and Ricki Smith, recently the AM drive co-host on WARH-FM/St. Louis, will join current Producer/co-host Clint Redwine in morning drive beginning August 21. Following the realignment, veteran co-host Anna Marie will transition to nights.
