Chelsea Perron has been named midday host for 106.7 The Bull/Denver, effective April 23. Perron from will be on air 10 a.m.–3 p.m. weekdays, after The Bobby Bones Show. The station launched on December 18, 2017 and broadcasts a variety of Country hits.
Navas Assumes Key Role At AIRE
AIRE Radio Networks, the official radio network of Spanish Broadcasting System, announced Thursday the appointment of Blanca Navas as Vice President, Affiliate Sales. Navas was previously Director, Syndication and Affiliations, Entravision Communications.
Mrs. Pence Visits L.A.
Salem Media in Los Angeles recently hosted a visit from Second Lady Karen Pence and her daughter Charlotte, who were in town to promote their new children’s book Marlon Bundo, A Day in the Life of the Vice President. During their visit, Mrs. Pence and her daughter recorded segments with nationally syndicated talk show host Larry Elder (pictured here), along with other local hosts.
San Diego Host To Be Honored By The City
San Diego’s Channel 93.3 announced Wednesday that Geena The Latina, co-host of Kramer and Geena Mornings, will be honored by the City of San Diego. The city will officially proclaim April 17, 2018, “Geena The Latina Day."

Lance Houston Joins iHeart Chicago
Houston will program and host the midday shift for iHeart's BIG 95.5 in Chicago. Prior to joining BIG 95.5, Houston, a 25-year radio vet, was PD for iHeart's WBWL/Boston and WTBU/Portsmouth. He was also Country Format Captain for the Boston region and has worked in Atlanta and Baltimore. Houston replaces Steve Stewart.
Westwood One Launches Jayde Into Syndication
Jayde Donovan is the co-host of Todd & Jayde in the Morning on New York’s 95.5 WPLJ and also serves as a syndicated red carpet host for Westwood One’s entertainment events. Jayde launches April 14 on more than 50 radio stations, including WPLJ-FM/NY, KLIF-FM/Dallas, KRBE-FM/Houston, and WWWQ-FM/Atlanta. The 3-hour show will air every Saturday.
