Mark Glynn has been named Senior VP of Sales for iHeartMedia's eight-station Seattle cluster. Glynn comes to iHeart from TTWN, KBKS, and KUBE in Seattle where he was Vice President of Sales. He began his radio career at iHeartMedia Minneapolis.

Russell Robertson has been named Senior VP of Sales for iHeart's 10-station Tampa Bay cluster. Russell moves to Tampa from iHeart Seattle, where he was Senior VP for Sales. He also served as GSM for KOZ, KGB, KLSD, and Chargers Radio Broadcast for iHeartMedia San Diego.

Dennis Green left Westwood One last week after more than two decades. On Monday came the announcement of where Green landed. It's a newly created position at Sun & Fun Media where Green will lead the development of new products and services for radio stations, and manage a team of six affiliate salespeople.

President and CEO of JVC Media John Caracciolo delivered the 2018 Commencement Speech for Five Towns College, Saturday, May 12. Caracciolo also received a Doctor of Humane Letters from the University. 

Country Radio Broadcasters have chosen Emmis New York Market Manager Charlie Morgan as its recipient of the 2018 President’s Award. Morgan is also a very active member of the CRB. The award will be presented during the Country Radio Hall of Fame Dinner and Awards ceremony, Wednesday, June 20 at the Marriott Nashville.

Media Staffing Network has recruited Cori Hirsh to a dual role in new business development and recruiting. Formerly an Account Manager at Local Focus Radio, Hirsh’s radio career began in 2001 as an account executive with Clear Channel’s Kiss 95.7 in Hartford, CT.

iHeartMedia Chicago has announced that Melissa Forman has returned as Morning Show Host for 93.9 LITE FM, “Chicago’s Variety from the 80s, 90s & Now for Chicago!,” effective May 29.

Two of Denver's favorite on-air personalities — Larry Ulibarri and Kathie J — are back on-air, weekday mornings 5-10 a.m., on FLO 107-1, and weekday afternoons on sister station Jammin' 101-5, starting Monday, June 4.

Industry veteran Norman Feuer has joined Palm Springs stations KGX and KWXY. Feuer recently managed BCA stations Mighty 1090 and Max-FM in San Diego.

COO Charles Steinhauer announced to the Westwood One team on Thursday that SVP for Affiliate Sales Dennis Green is leaving Westwood One to accept a new opportunity. That closes out a 22-year run for Green at the network. An announcement is coming next week regarding where Green is heading.
