Chad Elliot has been named Market Manager for Zimmer Radio Group in Joplin, MO, replacing Larry Boyd who left the company. For the past nine years, Elliot has been the Operations Manager for the cluster and host of the KZRG Morning Newswatch, which he'll continue to host. He's been with the company for 20 years.

The former Lincoln Financial CEO will receive the NAB's National Radio Award during the Radio Luncheon, Wednesday, September 21 at the Radio Show in Nashville. Benson was Lincoln's CEO from 2008-2015. In 2014, he was named Radio Ink's Executive of The Year.

CBS Snags Dolphins Back From iHeart

The Miami Dolphins and Miami's Sportsradio 560 WQAM have entered into a long-term partnership with the station becoming the official flagship radio partner of the franchise. The Dolphins were being broadcast on two iHeart stations, WINZ-AM and Rocker WBGG. Previously, the Dolphins were broadcast on WQAM, from 1997-2004 and 2007-09. In addition, all Dolphins games will be simulcast on CBS's Country station in the market, Kiss 99.9.
