WGN Radio in Chicago is now delivering newscasts on Weigel Broadcasting’s MeTV FM 87.7. The “MeTV FM News Minute” will be featured twice hourly during morning drive. These news, weather and sports updates will be anchored by WGN Radio’s Andrea Darlas, Steve Grzanich, Ryan Burrow and Vic Vaughn.

In a Tuesday night SEC filing, Beasley Media Group detailed for shareholders exactly how much this $240 million 21-station merger with Greater Media will cost them, both in long-term debt and short-term fees.

Peter Bordes Expected to Join Beasley Board

In that SEC filing, information about the new Beasley board, once the deal closes, was detailed. The Beasley Media Group Board of Directors will increase from eight members to nine and that extra slot will be filled by Peter Bordes Jr. He was chosen by Greater Media stockholders to fill that slot.
