Jury Selection Begins Today in Baisden Vs. Cumulus
According to Law360 a federal judge in Texas significantly trimmed the lawsuit brought by Cumulus against syndicated talker Michael Baisden. Cumulus said it overpaid Baisden by $1 million. Back in 2014 Cumulus filed the lawsuit in Dallas, alleging Baisden was accidentally paid for 15 months after he left. Cumulus called it an accounting error of approximately $66,666.67 for each of the fifteen payments that were made to the host.
