NAB Show will present “From Podcast to Broadcast,” a main-stage keynote session featuring Alex, Inc. executive producers Zach Braff and Matt Tarses, the creators of the hit podcast Up and Vanished, and others. The session will take place Tuesday, April 10 at 9:30 a.m. in the North Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Paul Capodanno has been recruited for the position of Vice President of Marketing & Digital. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma, Capodanno comes to Sun Broadcast Group after many years in the marketing industry.

Michael Kay, the Emmy Award-winning New York Yankees play-by-play announcer and drive-time host of The Michael Kay Show on ESPN NY 98.7 FM Radio, has been selected to be the 11th recipient of the Vin Scully Award for Excellence in Sports Broadcasting from WFUV Radio.

iHeartMedia Boston has signed a new long-term agreement with Howie Carr who hosts a show on WRKO-AM. The conservative Carr has been on the air at WRKO for more than 20 years, his show is heard weedays from 3–7 p.m. Carr said, "iHeart is the gold standard of talk radio in America. Veteran programmer John Candelaria has been named as the new Program Director of 105.1FM The BOUNCE in the Motor City. He will begin his new position on Tuesday, April 17.
