Ralph Bristol once hosted mornings on Cumulus owned 'Supertalk 99.7 WTN' in Nashville. A post on Bristol's Facebook page Monday said he was running for Mayor. That post also said the reason he retired from radio in 2018 was because he was fired for saying too much.

Connie Lawn Passes
Ms. Lawn died Monday morning at her home in Fallas Church, VA, after a long battle with Parkinson’s Disease. She was 73. Lawn was a White House correspondent at the USA Radio Network in the 1990s, and more recently covered the White House for SRN News on weekends.

The last week has not been friendly to new Entercom morning man Kevin Klein. In fact, we're not even sure Klein will ever be the new Entercom morning man in San Diego. His show was scheduled to launch last week but that never happened after he posted a picture of the Coronado Bridge with the slugline, "Jump to a new morning show."

Stephens Media Group is buying 14 stations in Yakima and Tri Cities, Washington, from Ingstad Radio. Stephens Media Group owner David Stephens said, “These radio stations represent exactly what we look for when buying.
