Kensington Digital Media has reached an agreement with Talking Stick Communications of Warsaw, Indiana, to purchase three stations and an FM translator. The stations are WRSW-AM, WRSW-FM, and WAWC-FM.

Industry veteran Norman Feuer has joined Palm Springs stations KGX and KWXY. Feuer recently managed BCA stations Mighty 1090 and Max-FM in San Diego.

The company expands its frontiers a little further with a new collaboration with Southwest Airlines. The agreement will bring iHeartMedia's free all-in-one digital music and live streaming radio service to passengers via the onboard entertainment portal on Southwest flights.

COO Charles Steinhauer announced to the Westwood One team on Thursday that SVP for Affiliate Sales Dennis Green is leaving Westwood One to accept a new opportunity. That closes out a 22-year run for Green at the network. An announcement is coming next week regarding where Green is heading.

Entercom has appointed Andi Poch as Executive VP for Integrated Partnerships. Poch's previous title with Entercom was SVP for Altitude Integrated Sales. She will continue to report to Bob Philips, Chief Revenue Officer at Entercom.
