The trial was supposed to start today and has now been pushed back to Monday July 23, according to a new court filing. The filing also says the case is expected to take seven days. Bubba The Love Sponge (Todd Clem) is accused of ratings tampering by Nielsen by making contact with at least one PPM panelist.
