iHeartMedia has announced that General Counsel Robert Walls will be stepping down from his position when the company emerges from bankruptcy. Walls has been with iHeart for 18 years.
Walls will begin to transition his duties and responsibilities to Paul McNicol, who will succeed him Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of the Company. iHeart is hoping to emerge from bankruptcy before the end of this year.
