Vaughn is returning to a role where she had major prior success while in Indianapolis. Her start date is Monday, December 3. As Operations Manager she will overee three of the leading Urban and Inspirational stations in Indianapolis. Vaughn is a veteran Programmer with success in many major markets like Philadelphia, Cleveland, and Miami. Vaughn’s radio broadcast expertise has garnered her many prestigious awards and honors, including the Assistant Program Director and Music Director of the Year from Billboard magazine, she was named on R&R magazine’s Women on the Rise Top Ten list, and most recently has been inducted into the Ohio Radio TV Broadcasters Hall of Fame.
