We finally get a look under the hood at what the NAB's secretive ownership committee has been working on in terms of deregulation. Comments have been filed with the FCC as the Commission gets close reviewing broadcast ownership rules as part of its 2018 quadrennial review.

New York Times Podcast A Hit On Radio
The radio edition of The New York Times’ popular podcast The Daily continues to expand its audience as nine major public radio stations have added, or soon will add, the program to their lineup. The show now airs on 25 stations across the country.
AMP In L.A. Goes To Weatherly
Kevin Weatherly will take over programming duties at Entercom's 97.1 AMP Radio (KAMP-FM). Weatherly will continue in his role as Program Director for KROQ (KROQ-FM) and 93.1 JACK FM (KCBS-FM). Entercom also announced that Chris Ebbott is the new Operations Manager for Radio.com in Los Angeles. Ebbott programs K-EARTH 101 (KRTH-FM) in L.A.
Pandora & Snap Partner To Launch New Platform
Pandora is teaming up with Snap as the music streaming launch partner for Snap Kit, Snap’s new platform for developers. Pandora listeners will be able to send their favorite songs to friends and family through song cards that display album art on top of an animated background.
