Barry O’Brien tells Radio Ink he has filed a notice of his intention to run for the office of West Palm Beach City Commissioner. Commissioner Paula Ryan currently represents District 3 -- which O'Brien will contest -- and has announced her intention to run for Mayor of West Palm Beach. This is O'Brien's first campaign as a candidate
