When consumers listen to local radio, the DJ's will tell them when a band or artist, in the format they're enjoying, come to town for a contest. Now, when you give an artist a thumbs up in Pandora, you'll get a notification when that artist is making a stop near your town. And one tap will send you to the ticket purchase page. Pandora purchased Ticketfly last year for $450 million.

SiriusXM Q2 Revenue Increases 10% To $1.2 Billion
CEO Jim Meyer said second-quarter results demonstrated continued strong demand for SiriusXM's content bundle and solid execution by his team. Net income of $173 million in Q2 is up 68% over Q2 2015. For the year, SiriusXM has added 1 million new subs, about 6,000 every day. The company is also raising guidance for the full year.
