Alpha Media is selling five Kansas stations to Rocking M Media. The five stations are in Salina, Abilene and Manhattan Kansas. The stations are; KSAL-AM 1150; KSAL-FM 104.9; KABI-AM 1560; KYEZ-FM 93.7 and KBLS-FM 102.5. No price was announced.

Emmis Selling “Texas Monthly” For $25 Million

In another move to shed assets and pay down debt, Emmis has signed an agreement to sell Texas Monthly to an affiliate of private equity firm Genesis Park, a partnership founded by Paul Hobby, for $25 million. Emmis has owned Texas Monthly since 1998.

There's no denying that but radio is not alone. eMarketer reports that Millennials are turning to ad blockers to help combat that the abundance of ads they see shooting at them online. Two out of three millennials now use an ad blocker on a desktop or mobile device.
