Cumulus Files Lawsuit Against JP Morgan Chase
Apparently JP Morgan Chase is not happy with Cumulus' plan to refinance. Cumulus says it needs to refinance and it needs to be done quickly, by January 27. In a 21-page lawsuit filed Monday, Cumulus is accusing JP Morgan Chase of thwarting its refinance plan by breaching a 2013 credit agreement and unreasonably withholding consent to the refinance.

Majority of Senior Note Holders Give iHeart The Ok, But…
The majority of iHeartMedia's senior note holders (due in 2021) have agreed to amend the terms that govern those bonds. Holders of senior notes representing approximately 81.5% ($1.28 Billion) of the outstanding principal amount of the senior notes consented to the amend the terms. That's the good news.
Cumulus Officially Launches Debt-For-Equity Plan

Walgreens Makes Big Jump Toward Top
The pharmacy chain jumped from 31st to 2nd on the weekly Media Monitors list, airing 31,909 commercials on radio stations all across the country. GEICO held on to the number one spot with 40,006 spots. Burger King took third with 31,909 while Macy's came in fourth running 30,276 and Verizon fifth airing 29,075 spots. The Home Depot fell from third place two weeks ago to seventh last week.
