ESPN Audio will offer its first long-form podcasts called “Dunkumentaries.” The new audio offering is a five-part series focusing on the basketball shot by examining its "history, memorable moments, impact and future." Fox News Radio Launches Willie Robertson Podcast
The new podcast series is with Duck Dynasty’s Willie Robertson and will focus on faith and family along with occasional celebrity guest interviews. Robertson will also serve as a FOX News contributor. The 45-minute podcasts will be posted to FOXNewsRadio.com. The weekly podcast will cost listeners $1.99 per episode or $4.99 per month.
Spotify Raises $1 Billion In Convertible Debt
The Wall Street Journal has the details that comes with strict guarantees. If Spotify holds an IPO in 2017, private equity firm TPG and hedge fund Dragoneer will be able to convert the debt into equity at a 20% discount to the share price of the public offering.

2016 Podcasting Hall Of Fame Class Announced
The Academy of Podcasters has announced this year's hall of fame class, which will be inducted during the 2nd Annual Awards and Hall of Fame Ceremony. The award ceremony will take place on Wednesday, July 6 at the Hyatt Regency Chicago. Doors open at 5 p.m. for a red carpet ceremony, and the awards show begins 7 p.m.
