Chicago’s WGN will launch a new streaming sports show on January 30. Sports Central will air from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. on wgnradio.com and the WGN Radio app. Hosted by Adam Hoge, the show will be a daily hub for Chicago’s sports conversation.

ESPN Audio circulated a press release Wednesday that said the network’s national radio talk shows, live events, local radio stations, and podcasting account for nearly half (46%) of all sports radio listenership in the U.S. ESPN says that was the conclusion of Edison's 2017 “Share of Ear” survey. And most are listening through their radios.

SiriusXM has extended its agreement with Nissan North America for five more years and through the 2023 model year. Nissan and Infiniti customers will continue to get a three-month introductory SiriusXM All Access subscription – SiriusXM's most expansive programming package.

iHeartMedia and OZY Media announced a creative multiyear partnership, Thursday. OZY stories on a range of topics, from politics to culture to technology to sports, will be featured in iHeartMedia’s morning shows across the U.S.
