Dove Award-nominated gospel singer and songwriter Desmond Pringle has returned to Charleston, SC as the host of a new radio show. Pastor Pringle’s weekday morning radio show, The Desmond Pringle Show, airs on Kirkman Broadcasting’s 106.3 WJNI and offers listeners an uplifting blend of gospel songs, motivational messages, and real-life stories from callers.

Pringle has more than two decades of experience as a professional artist. He has collaborated with renowned artists like Aretha Franklin and T.D. Jakes, and has also served as the vice president of urban and gospel in the A&R division at Warner Brothers Records. The show has only been on air for a few weeks, but Pringle already has plans to feature special guests from his extensive musical background.

In addition to hosting his radio show, Pringle serves as the Minister of Music at Ebenezer AME Church in Charleston. He oversees music for six choirs and plans the music selection for each Sunday’s service. He is also currently working on new music slated for release later this year.
