Townsquare Media’s New Jersey 101.5 (WKXW-FM) is presenting the latest in a series of Town Hall broadcasts to help New Jersey deal with the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. The Summer of ’21 will focus on tourism and medical concerns now that some restrictions are being lifted.
“Pandemic restrictions hit the tourism industry particularly hard in 2020. With most of those restrictions expected to be lifted on May 19, this program will feature tourism and medical experts, said host Eric Scott. “Everyone is understandably anxious for a summer of fun. This program will help guide families into making smart decisions so they can enjoy the summer safely.”
Along with an infectious disease specialist, the program will feature the Director of the New Jersey Division of Travel and Tourism, along with representatives of the state’s largest venues and attractions; and a check in with Mayors of NJ shore towns.
