From the pulpit to the mission field to the donor table, Vance Frusher is bringing his ministry experience to KHCB Media Group, where he takes on fundraising and supporter engagement as Senior Director of Development for the Houston-based broadcaster.
Frusher’s career includes pastoral ministry, international missions leadership, and donor development for Christian organizations. Most recently, he served as Director of Advancement for TeachBeyond. As Senior Director of Development, Frusher will lead KHCB’s fundraising and donor engagement strategies.
The hire follows a run of leadership additions at the Houston ministry. In July, KHCB named Shawn Farrington VP of Content and On-Air Operations. In March, the group named Jonathan Obien Senior Director of Technology.
