Nothing moved at the top of Triton Digital’s latest podcast rankings. The same three shows held their spots, iHeart Audience Network stayed ahead of every rival in the sales network report, and a new Bomani Jones program arrived among the month’s debuts.
Triton Digital’s September 2026 US Podcast Ranker covers the reporting period of August 31 to September 27, 2026, as measured by its Podcast Metrics service. The Top Sales Network Report is ranked by average weekly downloads in accordance with version 2.2 of the IAB Podcast Technical Measurement Guidelines, and Podcast Metrics is certified by the IAB Tech Lab.
iHeart Audience Network ranked number one again with 67.3 million average weekly downloads. Audioboom followed at number two with 15.5 million, and Cumulus Podcast Network ranked number three with 2.9 million.
Among individual shows, iHeart Audience Network’s Stuff You Should Know held the top spot, with Audioboom’s Pod Save America again at number two. iHeart Audience Network’s My Favorite Murder with Karen Kilgariff and Georgia Hardstark held number three. September debuts included iHeart Audience Network’s The Right Time with Bomani Jones, among others.
