A former chipmaker CEO and a nine-time CFO are both joining the Entravision board as the Spanish-language media company reshapes its directors’ bench. Two current directors, including the Audit Committee chair, are on their way out after years of service.

The company operates more than 40 Spanish-language radio stations in the US, as well as the Latino Radio Network.

Entravision appointed Brian Krzanich and Gary Ferrera to its board. Krzanich spent 36 years at Intel, five of them as CEO, and later led CDK Global from 2018 to 2022. He is now CEO of Cerence, an automotive AI company. Ferrera has more than 30 years of finance leadership, has served as CFO of nine companies, and is an audit committee financial expert. He joins the Audit Committee.

Fehmi Zeko will step down from the board following its October meeting, after seven years of service. Gilbert Vasquez, a director for 19 years and Chair of the Audit Committee, will not stand for reelection at the company’s 2027 annual meeting of stockholders.

In July, Entravision CEO Michael Christenson added the Chairman title, and Paul Zevnik became lead independent director. Entravision owns 46 Spanish-language radio stations across the US and operates the Latino Radio Network for syndication.

Christenson stated, “We added Brian and Gary to help us grow the company, and ATS in particular. Brian has run three public technology companies, including Intel, and leads an AI company today. Gary has been a public company CFO for 20 years. Growing ATS means more technology, better technology and more selling, and that is what they know.”
