The podcast features conversations with entrepreneurs, executives, faith leaders, authors, and people who have faced adversity and found ways to move forward from challenges that can follow years of high-pressure leadership, including isolation, addiction, loss of identity, regret, and the question of what comes next.
Mullins spent more than three decades building and leading businesses, developing 16 enterprises, leading diverse teams, and serving on corporate and organizational boards. In 2006, he surrendered his life to faith, a turning point that led him to turn his victories and failures into a platform for mentoring, coaching, speaking, and storytelling.
