Mike Mulligan’s run behind the microphone at 104.3 The Score (WSCR) Chicago has come to an end. Audacy has let the Mully and Haugh Show co-host go after more than 20 years, as well as midday host Marshall Harris, according to a memo obtained by Radio Ink.
Mulligan joined The Score in 2003 and moved into morning drive in 2008. He first paired with Brian Hanley before David Haugh joined as his co-host in 2018, forming the Mully and Haugh Show that aired until Friday’s announcement.
After years as a fill-in, Harris went full-time at WSCR in 2024 to co-host Bernstein & Harris after serving as sports director at CBS2 Chicago. He later moved to middays alongside Leila Rahimi. With Harris’s exit, the Rahimi & Grote Show will take over the timeslot starting Monday.
In his letter to staff, WSCR Vice President and Brand Manager Mitch Rosen said a new morning show co-host would also be announced Monday, saying, “Mully has been a vital part of The Score family and a major part of our history and success. We are incredibly grateful for his many contributions over the past two decades. I wish Mully nothing but the best in whatever comes next from the bottom of my heart.”
Rosen added, “These decisions are never easy, and today was especially difficult for everyone involved…In the meantime, our focus remains on serving our listeners and partners and continuing to deliver the great sports talk and programming that has made The Score such an important part of Chicago sports for so many years.”
