After guiding Beasley Media Group through a major HR platform transition as a consultant, Bill Sontag is staying on as Vice President of Human Resources. Sontag previously served at Procter & Gamble’s human resources department for more than three decades.
His consulting work included leading Beasley’s move from TriNet to Engage PEO, strengthening HR processes, and improving the employee experience. In his new role, he will oversee all Human Resources and Benefits functions across the company, including employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, business insurance programs, and programs supporting employee well-being and professional growth.
