
Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Radio has unveiled the MIW Erica Farber Mentorship in Management Class of 2025. The program selects four female radio professionals to further their leadership skills in sales, marketing, programming, and digital media.
Renamed in honor of industry veteran and former RAB President Erica Farber, the program recognizes her contributions to radio and her advocacy for female leadership. Participants gain direct mentorship and industry insights to further their careers in broadcasting.
The 2025 class includes Townsquare Media Group Digital Solutions Manager Alyssa Salisbury, NRG Media Promotions Director and On-Air Talent Kim Stead, Hubbard Radio Sales Manager Sheri Fermoyle, and Hampton Roads Media Group Director of Sales Tiffany Cobb.
