Binnie Media’s 19th annual Cares for Kids Radiothon brought in an impressive sum for the Barbara Bush Children’s Hospital at Maine Medical Center. From March 14 to 16, Portland’s 107.5 Frank FM (WFNK) and 99.9 The Wolf (WTHT) helped raise $455,226 in donations.
The radiothon also included Binnie’s Rockland affiliates.
During the Radiothon, personalities engaged with former and current patients, their families, and the hospital staff, sharing impactful stories that underlined the significance of BBCH’s work. BBCH is Maine’s sole comprehensive children’s hospital.
