In an effort to reshape the conversation around Latino culture and business, Banking on Cultura made its debut in line with Hispanic Heritage Month. Hosted by business consultant Victoria Jenn Rodriguez, the podcast serves as an educational platform for Latinos aiming to succeed in entrepreneurship while embracing their cultural identity.
Rodriguez brings her more than 20 years of experience in mindset and business consulting. She has empowered numerous leaders and entrepreneurs, focusing on emotional intelligence, reflection, and life balance.
Banking on Cultura aspires to be an essential resource for the Latino community, covering an array of topics from personal development to entrepreneurship. It will feature a diverse roster of guests including Soledad O’Brien, Omi Hopper, Crystal Etienne, and New York State Assemblymember Amanda Septimo.
“Latinos are not a monolith,” explained Rodriguez. “There are levels to what makes us a colorful community full of excellence, expertise, and a value add to everything we do. Banking on Cultura aims to explore and celebrate these levels and provide a platform for education, empowerment, and cultural appreciation.”
