Ninth Planet Audio, the podcast production arm of Mosaic Media, has secured a two-year first-look agreement with iHeartMedia. At least two podcasts per year will be produced, including scripted comedies in collaboration with Will Ferrell’s Big Money Players podcast network.
Mosaic’s Principal, Jimmy Miller, stated that the collaboration with iHeartMedia and Big Money Players Network has significantly contributed to their existing podcast programming, including What Future w. Joshua Topolsky and several others set to be released soon. Among them are the comedy murder mystery Does This Murder Make Me Look Gay and the interview series Rebel Spirit with Akilah Hughes.
