Syndicated radio host Kim Komando has lowered the price of her Phoenix, AZ production and broadcast studio after failing to find a buyer for the fully equipped space. Initially selling for $13 million, the 26,000-square-foot property’s listing had included all the studio equipment.
Due to a lack of interest, Komando has decided to remove the equipment and relist the space for $8.9 million. While the equipment is no longer included, it may still be negotiable if a buyer expresses interest. The new listing is being handled by Justin Horwitz, a senior advisor for SVN Desert Commercial Advisors.
My bad… sounds like they’re talking about the entire set and video complex.
