Beasley Media’s cluster of stations in Charlotte, North Carolina will host a charity event to benefit a local children’s hospital.

The 11th annual Secret Santa will take place Thursday, December 8 starting at 6 a.m., with the fundraiser benefitting Novant Health Hemby Children’s Hospital.

“This is an event that our cluster looks forward to every year,” John Reynolds, the operations manager for Beasley’s Charlotte station group, said on Monday. “We’re excited to provide comfort and resources to children and their families during the upcoming holiday season.”

The event will take place in front of Beasley’s Charlotte studios at 1520 South Boulevard. Last year, the cluster raised more than $90,000 for charity.

“With a long legacy in the Charlotte community, Hemby Children’s Hospital cares for more than 30,000 children each year,” Dr. Eugene Daughtery, the medical director for the hospital, said in a statement. “We’re able to continue providing state-of-the-art medical care and resources to our youngest patients with the help of our community members. We are proud and honored to be the beneficiary of Beasley’s 11th annual Secret Santa event.”

Listeners can stop by the company’s studios on the day of the event to donate, or they can call 1-866-676-7331 until 7 p.m. local time.

Stations that are participating in the charity include WNKS (95.1 FM), WBAV (101.9 FM), WPEG (97.9 FM, Power 98), WSOC (103.7 FM) and WKQC (104.7 FM).
