The company, which is winding its way through bankruptcy, will be officially delisted from the NASDAQ on February 5. The NASDAQ staff made its final determination on January 4. Cumulus was first notified it would be delisted on September 1, 2017. An appeal was denied and Cumulus securities were suspended November 22, 2017. Cumulus did not request a review of that decision and the decision became final in January.
