The talk-show host is in a bitter custody dispute with his wife. Jones and his wife have three children ages 14, 12 and 9 where he pays over $40,000 per month in child support. The case is going to trial in Austin. Jones’ wife says Jones is not a stable person. Jone’s lawyer told a Texas court Jones “is merely playing an entertaining character, he’s a performance artist.” Jones has called the Sandy Hook school shooting a hoax on his show. 20 children were killed in that 2012 incident.
