The Ace & TJ Show celebrated 18 years on morning radio in Charlotte, NC, Wednesday. The show’s first broadcast in Charlotte was on April 6th in 1998 and after 13 years at WNKS, they moved to their current radio home, iHeart Media’s Channel 96-1, in January 2012.

iHeart's KOST-FM in L.A. is adding Ryan Manno as the new Senior Producer for The Ellen K Morning Show. He'll also contribute on the air.

The Conclave Learning Conference has named Midwest Communications CEO Duke Wright its 2016 Rockwell Award Winner. The Conclave's Rockwell Award honors individuals who have contributed to the industry as a leader and to the community. The award will be presented to Wright during the Conclave’s 41st anniversary celebration, July 14 and 15 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Minneapolis.

Sharon Bordwell has been promoted to Corporate Controller for Adams Radio Group. Bordwell joined Adams in October, 2014, as a General Accountant. Prior to Adams, Bordwell served in public accounting specializing in audit of financial institutions. Sharon also worked as a private consultant for small to mid-size companies.

On Monday, Ryan Kliesch will begin hosting mornings on Majic 95.5 (KKMJ-FM) in Austin. Kliesch heads to Austin from Denver where he hosted mornings on Country KYGO. Prior to that, Kliesch spent 10 years on Top 40 WRVW (107.5 The River) and Country WSIX (The Big 98) Nashville.

In February, Eric Zane lost his job on the nationally syndicated Free Beer & Hot Wings Morning Show. Since he was let go, he's been doing podcasts. Zane announced Monday that Cumulus sports station WBBL has hired him for the morning slot. Cumulus had no official comment on Zane's announcement.

PD Kevin Sherrets tells Radio Ink Kayte Christensen (pictured) is joining the morning show on Sports 1140 KHTK. Nate Goodyear is promoted from his midday shift and joins the show as well. Both join Carmichael Dave.

As of April 18, Hannah Byrom will be the new morning show co-host with Jeff Miles on Greater Media's WKLB-FM in Boston. Byrom’s morning show experience includes working at KKBF-FM in Portland, Oregon, and serving as a co-host on Westwood One’s Zach Sang and the Gang.

Abby Snyder has joined Adams Radio Group and will served as the corporate business manager in charge of Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Human Resources. Adams owns and operates radio stations in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Suburban Chicago/Northwest Indiana, Las Cruces, New Mexico, and Salisbury-Ocean City, Maryland.

Alpha Media Louisville, KY, announced that Al Payne has been named Program Director for Old School 105.1 (WGHL), Urban B-96.5 (WGZB), and Urban A/C Magic 101.3 (WMJM). Payne's career has seen him working in several major cities, including Dallas, Detroit, Washington D.C., and Baltimore, Maryland.
