Kenetta Bailey has been named Senior VP of Marketing at CBS Radio. Bailey will be responsible for the marketing and brand positioning of CBS' 117 radio stations and digital products.

On Monday, iHeartMedia announced that Paul Kelley was named area Senior VP of Programming for Arizona. Kelly will continue to Program KESZ and KYOT in Phoenix and now help oversee programming in Tucson.

Brian Demay is the new PD at Cumulus' AC-formatted WRRM-FM/Warm 98 in Cincinnati. Demay joins WRRM from Providence, where he was PD for Cumulus' WWLI-FM/Lite Rock 105 for over three years. He was also host of Afternoon Drive on WWLI-FM, and continues as a syndicated Afternoon Personality for Westwood One. Demay replaces Greg Dunkin.

Patty Kincaid has been promoted to VP/General Manager of Media Staffing Network. Kincaid, along with Sr. VP, Kate Glenn, have both been an integral part of Media Staffing Network’s success in working with media clients since 1993, helping attract, hire and retain top talent in all market sizes.

The new weekday on-air line-up that launched Monday on KCMO FM 103.7 and AM 710 in Kansas City includes Tom Becka from 10 a.m. to Noon. Becka returns to Kansas City having worked at one time for KMBZ. Most recently, he hosted shows on Omaha talk radio stations KOIL and KFAB.

Radio Express announced that radio personality Mike Savage will host the next generation of its successful two-hour international hit countdown program The World Chart Show, which Radio Express is making available to U.S. radio stations and audiences for the first time.

CMG Tulsa has named Nathan Reed as Director of Branding and Programming for Mix 96 (KRAV-FM). Reed was most recently Senior VP of Programming for iHeartMedia’s seven-station cluster in Toledo. Prior to that, he spent seven years as a Program Director and on-air host for Regent Broadcasting in Flint.

Julie Kansy adds PD stripes at Cumulus' Shreveport Top 40 station KQHN-FM/i97.3. Kansy joined Cumulus Shreveport in 2014 as afternoon-drive host and APD at KRMD/NASH FM 101.1. In 2015, she was named Operations Manager over the entire market. She's also served as PD at Sports/KRMD 100.7 FM/1340AM The Ticket.
