Entercom's sports radio WEEI in Boston has hired Alex Reimer, calling him a "brand personality." Reimer will create columns, blogs, and podcasts, and be a rotating co-host on the Kirk and Callahan morning show. The Boston University graduate has written for several major outlets including Forbes, The Boston Herald and SB Nation.

Atlanta Classic Rock station Rock 100.5 WNNX has signed the Bailey and Southside morning show for three more years. Jason Bailey and Southside Steve Rickman became on-air partners two years ago when their morning show launched on Rock 100.5 WNNX.

Angie Taylor To Rendezvous With Listeners
Known as the co-host of the top-rated Fred + Angi morning show on 103.5 KISS FM in Chicago, Taylor will keep that gig while joining Simon Marcel to co-host The Rendezvous, the nightly love and relationship advice program. Taylor, who gained success at a tender age, co-hosted mornings on Q102 Philly from 2002-2008, before joining KISS-FM in Chicago to co-host the morning show, and later, Brotha Fred’s Neighborhood in 2011.

Steven Swartz, president and CEO of Hearst, will take part in an executive Q&A during the 2017 NAB Show Opening, Monday, April 24, in Las Vegas. The interview will take place following NAB President and CEO Gordon Smith's "State of the Broadcast Industry" address. Swartz became president and CEO of Hearst in 2013.
