Kassof calls it TestTM – a smartphone and tablet app-based tool for radio station music testing. TestTM is designed specifically for mobile devices, according to Kassof.

The LA Rock station has more news than CNN right now. On the programming front is the new show The Frosty, Heidi & Frank Night Shift, which is airing Monday through Thursday, 9 to 11 p.m. PST. The show draws from the best of The Frosty, Heidi & Frank Show morning show, with some new content mixed in.
Three VP Promotions At Skyview
Skyview Networks is promoting Lloyd Hyman, Kim Ball, and Karen Henderson to Sales VP's. Skyview is a broadcast technology and national sales company that provides services to ABC Radio, and over 100 professional and collegiate sports organizations and two state news networks.
Samborski Joins The Beasley Team
Brian Samborski was National Sales Manager for Greater Media for a dozen years. On Monday, Beasley announced it has hired Samborski as Regional Director of National Sales for Boston and Detroit. Samborski has been on Radio Ink's Best Managers list.
Beasley Promotes AJ Lurie, Moves Matt Smith
Lurie will now run the Wilmington, Delaware market for Beasley. Lurie is promoted from his position as D.O.S in Ft Myers-Naples, where he's been since 2014 and began his career as an Account Executive in 2007. Lurie will oversee AC WJBR-FM and 800 WTMR-AM, in Camden, New Jersey.
Tilden Leaving Cape Cod Media
Cape Cod Media GM Beverly Tilden is stepping down. Tilden joined Cape Cod in October of 2013. Tilden's 25 years in radio includes working at KISS 108 and Sports Radio WEEI in Boston. She's also worked as at AM/FM Radio, the predecessor to Clear Channel. Managing Partner Greg Bone will move back into the day-to-day management of CCB, which has four stations in Cape Cod.
Steve Butler Staying With CBS Radio
Butler has signed a multi-year contract renewal with CBS Radio where he will continue as VP of News Programming, and PD at KYW-AM in Philadelphia. Butler advises CBS Radio's eight all-news stations across the country on on-air and digital content and strategy.
Levin Will Help Broadcasters Deal With Important Issue
The NAB has hired Garrett Levin as Deputy General Counsel for Intellectual Property Law and Policy. NAB CEO Gordon Smith says, “Garrett has a wealth of experience and expertise dealing with intellectual property issues on Capitol Hill, at the federal government agency level, and in the private sector. He will provide a seasoned voice on behalf of NAB and our members in areas that include music licensing, TV program exclusivity, and other complex copyright matters.”
Andy Meyer To Lead Townsquare’s Video Programming
Meyer is joining Townsquare as the company's Vice President, Original Programming and Head of Video. He'll oversee the company's video programming on all digital platforms, as well as for linear TV and branded entertainment.
Gazall Gets A New Deal In St. Louis
CBS Radio's AC station in St. Louis, KEZK-FM, has signed midday host Trish Gazall to a multi-year contract extension. Details of the new deal were not released. Gazall's been hosting middays for the past 18 months. Before that she hosted the morning drive show for two years.
