The newspaper reports police identified Aguiar after releasing security images of a man attacking an unsuspecting victim at the gas station. Police allege the security videos showed the suspect leaving the gas station store at 10:30 p.m. on March 9 and then lunging at a man seated in a vehicle, grabbing the victim and throwing him to the ground.
Aguiar is out on $75,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court April 25.
