Danni Starr is returning to DC radio to co-host The Fam in The Morning on the Radio One station. Starr will join QuickSilva behind the mic, weekdays 6-10 a.m., starting February 21. QuickSilva and Danni will be heard throughout the DMV (Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia) region.

Kathy Romano will debut her new Sunday morning show, Her Story, on 95.7 BEN FM, Philadelphia, Sunday February 19 at 7:30 a.m.  The radio vet will continue her role on BEN FM’s sister station 93.3 WMMR as co-host of the Preston & Steve Show.

The final-round judging panel for the 26th Annual Radio Mercury Awards has been announced. The jury, drawn together with the help of Chief Judge Mark Gross, founder and creative director, Highdive Advertising, comprises thought leaders from across the country, representing all size markets and diverse audiences for some of radio's top spending advertising clients.

CMG in Miami is bringing Michael Baisden and his syndicated afternoon show to afternoon drive on Hot 105 as of Monday. Baisden was on Hot 105 from 2007 to 2013. SuperRadio is syndicating the program in collaboration with American Urban Radio Network and Perry Broadcasting. Cox's KISS in Atlanta is the flagship station.

Beasley makes the announcement that Allyson Hillman is the new D.O.S. for its Southwest Florida cluster. Hillman served in management for 10 years in Detroit radio and relocated to Southwest Florida from Savannah-Hilton Head.

The RAB has created a new position and promoted Tiffiney Wyatt (left) to Business Development & Insights Associate. Wyatt has been with the RAB for more than 17 years. And joining the Membership team is Rita Landells as Member Response Manager. Landells has worked for ABC TV, CBS TV Local Media, MTV Networks, Spike TV, and iHeartMedia in Dallas.
