As President Trump continues to shed members of his administration, he has found a job for syndicated Westwood One radio host Larry Kudlow. Kudlow has been drafted as Trump’s new director of the National Economic Council.

Cleveland station Q104 (WQAL-FM) has named Jack Freeman co-host for The Jeremiah Show. Freeman joins current host Jeremiah Widmer beginning March 19. The morning show airs weekdays from 5:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. ET. Previously, Freeman was at WKQI-FM in Detroit on Mojo in the Morning.

Michelle Miguelez joins Cox Media Group as VP/Communications and Public Affairs. CMG SVP and Chief HR Officer Mary Ellen Marcilliat-Falkner says Miguelez "brings a wealth of experience and has a genuine passion for aligning employees with a company's vision." Miguelez arrives at CMG from Georgia Power, where she was Director of Corporate Communication.

Miles Anzaldo is the new Music Director for its Los Angeles Entercom station KROQ 106.7 FM, effective March 26. Anzaldo arrives from KQGO-FM in Minneapolis where he was the Assistant Program and Music Director since 2015.

Saying he is coming out of retirement to “save Chicago radio,” Citizen Kelly will return to evenings on AM 1590 WCGO with The Citizen Kelly Show, beginning on March 19, airing daily from 10 p.m. to midnight.

Audio content creator YEA Networks has announced it has launched the national syndication of Tino Cochino Radio to radio stations across the U.S. Cochino and co-host Milli Rodriguez will broadcast on Rhythmic and CHR stations.

WABC in New York will be moving Bernie McGuirk and Sid Rosenberg from middays to mornings on April 2, replacing the Imus In The Morning Show. Last month Imus announced his final show would be March 29. McGuirk has been Imus' Executive Producer since 1987. Rosenberg joined Imus as Sports Anchor in 2000.

Eric Trabb has joined the NAB as Senior Vice President of Business Development. In his new role, Trabb will be responsible for leading and managing the association’s sales team. Trabb has served for the past 11 years as vice president of sales and group publisher for the Broadcast/Video Group at NewBay Media.

iHeartMedia Tampa Bay announced Monday that AJ Malone has been named Program Director for 98ROCK, “Tampa Bay’s Rock Station.” As Program Director for 98ROCK, Malone will be responsible for the station’s music and programming content, as well its personalities and digital extensions.

iHeartMedia Sacramento has named Chris Matthews Program Director and afternoon drive host for Country station 92.5 The Bull, effective March 12. In his new role, Matthews will be responsible for the day-to-day programming operations of 92.5 The Bull.
