The veteran radio personality is back on the air Monday 3/19 after ten-month absence to deal with throat cancer. Wainwright said the cancer was discovered last April almost by accident, and it's been an ongoing medical odyssey ever since.
Former WOR Chief Engineer Killed
Eric Small, the founder of Modulation Sciences, was struck and killed at a Publix in Delray Beach this past weekend. The elderly driver of the vehicle apparently had a heart attack and lost control of her car, striking Small and another person who also died.
