Louisville Public Media has hired Jean West to host weekday afternoons on 89.3 WFPL. The veteran Louisville news anchor will be the local host of the NPR flagship All Things Considered.

Former Radio Host Running For Mayor
Ralph Bristol once hosted mornings on Cumulus owned 'Supertalk 99.7 WTN' in Nashville. A post on Bristol's Facebook page Monday said he was running for Mayor. That post also said the reason he retired from radio in 2018 was because he was fired for saying too much.
Connie Lawn Passes
Ms. Lawn died Monday morning at her home in Fallas Church, VA, after a long battle with Parkinson’s Disease. She was 73. Lawn was a White House correspondent at the USA Radio Network in the 1990s, and more recently covered the White House for SRN News on weekends.
Juliet Huddy Joins Bernie And Sid
New York City journalist and TV personality Juliet Huddy is now part of WABC's Bernie & Sid In The Morning. Huddy hosted Fox 5’s Good Day New York for four years and also worked nationally on the Fox News Channel.
New Morning Show For WBBM/Chicago
DreX and Nina, a new morning show on B96, WBBM-FM/Chicago, will air weekdays from 5:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. PT. Gabe Ramirez, host of the previous B96 morning show, The J Show, will continue as morning host along with DreX and Nina.
Lamberti Promoted To Morning Show Host
Radio station 95.9 The Fox (WFOX/Stamford-Norwalk), has upped Allan Lamberti to morning show host. Lamberti has worked for or with sister stations of The Fox since 2003. He has had a variety of roles within the organization and was recently hosting afternoon drive.
Mundo Join KCMO/Kansas City
Pete Mundo has been appointed APD and morning host for News Talk 103.7-710 KCMO in Kansas City. Mundo started his radio career at KWOX/KMZE in Woodward, OK, and was ultimately named News and Sports Director for the stations. He also worked in New York City at WCBS-AM, CBS Sports Radio, and WFAN-AM/FM as a freelance anchor and host.
The Boss Visits WABC
Radio Ink Publisher Deborah Parenti was in New York City this past week and stopped by the WABC studios to say hello. Here our boss is pictured with new WABC morning show co-host Sid Rosenberg. Sid starts hosting mornings this week with Bernard McGuirk. Sid and Bernie are taking over for Don Imus who's last show was last week.
