Thirty-year Chicago radio sales executive Jeff Hill has been appointed VP Sales for Cumulus Media-Chicago. In the newly created position, Hill will head sales for Alternative Rock station 101 WKQX-FM, Classic Hits station 94.7 WLS-FM, and Talk Radio station WLS 890 AM. Hill joins Cumulus from WGN Radio in Chicago, where he was Director of Sales for eight years, having previously served the station as Local Sales Manager and Interim GM. Prior to that, he was Sales Manager for ABC Radio for eight years and formerly served as Local Sales Manager for WLS-AM and Local Sales Manager for CBS Radio’s WCKG.
